Can the furniture be moved or extra seating brought in?

Yes. Chairs and tables are rearranged for theatre rows, rounds, clusters, or the floor cleared entirely. Moving furniture out and back, or bringing extra seating and screens in, is arranged by us and quoted as hire and labour alongside your dates.

Is there a minimum spend on food and drink?

No. There is no food and beverage minimum on a venue hire block. Tea, coffee and snacks can be arranged and priced separately if you want them. A catered conference, dinner or launch is a full event rather than a block booking, and is priced per head or on a minimum spend.

Exclusive use of the venue for your block, air-conditioning, electricity and the house lighting. Our furniture stays as it is unless you ask us to move it. Washrooms and valet are available to your team throughout. Screens, AV and additional seating are not part of the rate — we hire those in when you need them.

Chairs and tables get rearranged for whatever the day needs — theatre rows, rounds, clusters, or the floor cleared entirely. Where that means moving our furniture out and back, or bringing extra seating and screens in, we handle it and quote the hire and labour with your dates.

There is no minimum. If you want tea, coffee and snacks for your team or crew, we will arrange it and price it separately. If you don't, the room costs what the room costs. Anything beyond that — a catered conference, a dinner, a launch with the bar open — is a full event rather than a block booking, and is priced per head or on a minimum spend.

Rates are exclusive of 18% GST, which registered businesses can claim as input credit. A confirmed date needs an advance; the balance is settled before the day.

When you want the restaurant rather than the space — Chef Manuel's kitchen, the bar, a service team on the floor — that is a different booking and a different number. Most people who come to us for a room end up asking about it, so it is worth knowing it exists.

Where it is

A shoot location and conference venue in the middle of BKC.

La Panthera occupies the ground floor of INS Tower in G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex — walking distance from most offices in the district, a short drive from Bandra and Kurla stations, and roughly half an hour from the airport. Production houses book it as a Mumbai shoot location. Companies in BKC book it as a conference venue, town hall space and off-site room without having to leave the block.
